the app they recommend for this is dysfunctional Chinese garbage
there are better ones on the market for 3k+

Having the right expectations is great.
Necessity of sticking on the camera with the possibility of unsticking the camera itself.
Rear camera optional and sold separately.
It shoots video of sufficient quality with minimal operator assistance.
Radars are nonsense.
Occasionally you need to delete the folder with the files with detected shocks, but this is correct - they are not overwritten after the incident.
A useless LAMAX car magnet - who would put that anywhere anymore.

It only lasts minutes on the flashlight - it needs 12V all the time.
The included card reader is the worst I've ever experienced. It corrupts files and last time it didn't even work for me anymore. Better if none is included.
The recommended software is horrible, fortunately you can just ignore it.

The camera app is absolutely NANIC. Connecting cameras is a 1 in 10 miracle. And yes, I'm turning off the data!
The purchased camera was defective. Twice they cut off my newly parked car before I found out that it doesn't react at all to being hit. But I literally had to make a personal visit to the service station. The reaction of the service and LAMAX was - wrap it up and send it by post, you must have wired it wrong and didn't set it up correctly. And then the disappointment in the eyes of the technician that it is really defective. so I'm glad she went to the repair shop in person and it didn't take a month. No one even apologized. And when I asked LAMAX if they would compensate me in any way, they sent me to hell.
