I've been using the headphones for two weeks practically every day, so far I'm very satisfied, the mentioned negatives are just small things.
There are 4 sizes of rubber attachments in the pack, surprisingly the largest ones fit me best. With the smaller ones, the plastic body of the headphone was already sticking to my ear, which after some time began to press. With the largest attachments I have no problem having them on for hours at a time.
Very good and balanced sound, decent yet clear bass
They fit well in my ears, they can get a little droopy after a while, but they didn't fall out even after 20 minutes of running.
Buttons are physical and not touch
They have ANC and ambient mode with adjustable levels; ANC attenuates especially lower frequencies well
The app can be set to double-click, triple-click and hold; Separately for on-call and off-call
Easy to put in the box where the headphones are held by a strong magnet
No problem pairing the first time, connects to the phone quickly and reliably after opening the box
Battery life is as claimed, charges quickly from the box
Cannot set different function for left and right handset; I therefore control the volume directly with the buttons on the phone and the headphones are set to jump to the next and previous track and switch ANC
Can't change the default one-click functions (start/pause song and answer/end call) - I'm fine with that, but some people might not be
You cannot distinguish the left handset from the right one by touch, they are completely symmetrical. (This is only a problem if you leave them lying alone on a table and then want to put them on - in the box, the right earpiece will always be on the right, the magnets won't let you put them in backwards. )

Very good sound. Clear highs, uncluttered bass, Compared to Niceboy and JBL a class better sound.
Simple control
Ambient noise cancellation works relatively well. The squeaking of the twigs is almost inaudible.
They fit very comfortably in my ears, I don't even know about them

You don't need an app to turn ANC on or off, it can be controlled by holding down the button
