Upon unpacking, we found a broken mixing container. Given the integrity of the packaging and other parts, it is probably already out of the factory packaging. Thanks to the Christmas holidays, communication about the complaint took two weeks. So be it. Subsequently resolved in two days. After about three uses (mashing potatoes, grating five potatoes and making a smoothie) the blender started to smoke. Second complaint within a month. Like Alza is great but this product was the devil I owed!
