They should not advertise 100W PD because it does not work at 100W. I was looking for a nice stand I though that some charging capabilities would be nice. But it's just a USB hub. Power delivery is abysmal.
As for construction quality it's not great but it holds up well under the weight of the laptop.

Unfortunately, only in the manual it says "Warning: The USB hub is not intended as a charging station, it is designed for connecting peripheral devices. "I was expecting a stand that I plug the USB-C charger into, and then connect the laptop with the built-in cable. Unfortunately, this USB hub cannot do this. The laptop must have the power supply connected with one cable and this hub with the other.
