For the price, it's a good buy. The case fits nicely on the headphones, but of course you have to keep in mind that the top and bottom are separate, where especially the top part needs more attention. Charging via wireless for AW works, however it is a bit weaker. The cover has a stripe on the back to open it, the white and black together may not fit everyone's eyes. I wouldn't consider it fall protection. I was buying primarily because I am used to carrying the headphones in my pocket near my keys. So far, it's doing that to a tee.
