Both the X10+ and X20+ are perfect machines in terms of price-performance ratio. If you are considering which model to buy I recommend the newer X20+. I would choose the X10+ only if you have more smaller carpets or places that are not mopped. For the X20+, it can be assumed that some software functions will be solved in the future by updating the application and the vacuum cleaner software.
