Worst phone I've ever had especially in terms of software. Even the phones I used to own that cost 3 grand worked better. Absolute disappointment and even more disappointing after the update to hyperos. I was excited about the reviews on the internet, but after buying it I found out that the phone is in a pretty bad state especially in terms of software. Phones for about 12 thousand should not have these problems. I probably won't buy Xiaomi next time, huge disappointment and loss of trust in this brand. The battery lasts as well as on my 3 years old Honor 20 Pro which has only 4000mah battery.
The camera looks pretty similar to me as a 3 year old Honor 20 pro.
The zoom camera is rather useless, it was much better on the Honor. The phone's maximum zoom here is a lot worse than on my old Honor.
Some of the games I used to play normally get stuck sometimes.
After updating to hyperos, my phone completely crashed 4 times in 2 weeks, the whole system reset itself out of nowhere, even with the phone locked in idle mode. When the phone was switched on, first all apps stopped responding and then the phone restarted itself.
My phone deletes some widgets on my desktop by itself within 24 hours.
After updating to hyperos when it's dark or I'm with the phone in a room where it's dark and I'm trying to unlock it so when I put my finger on the phone unlocks, but the screen goes out, but it responds to touches because you can hear the vibration when you click, you need to lock and unlock the phone, sometimes more times to keep the screen lit. Sometimes the screen goes blank when you put your finger on it to log in to your bank, for example.
