I've been thinking about switching from S23U for a long time. It didn't make complete sense to me and I agree. It won thanks to the circle to search (I originally just wanted to try it out and not deal with it, the S23 had a similar, albeit more complicated photo search function, but. that went on pinterest. And the last straw was the case with a handle that also works as a stand. I've liked samsung's rubber grip case a lot before, but this year they've taken it a bit further, at least for me ( type EF-GS928CUEGWW, multiple colors). Even such stupidity can be decisive - pulling the grip inside the case, lowering its profile, and at the same time connecting it with a stand that is primitive and holds. Anyway - even as someone who has used the S23 Ultra from the beginning, as an initial skeptic of the new model. I was intrigued by the S24 Ultra, by the change in shape to a flat display and a more pronounced bezel on the side, by the features, and by the accessories, enough to go for it. I think I won't regret it, it's a good phone, a decent successor, holds up well and works as expected. I honestly don't care about performance - I play on my mobile only rarely, and I think that for most of the functions that mobile phones have, even plus or minus half the power would be enough. But it's very brisk. at least for now.

I was switching from the S22 Ultra, so there aren't many things that surprise me about the new phone. Probably the biggest change for me was straightening the display. As a big fan of the curved display, I was disappointed when the manufacturer committed to this - the annoyance didn't last a day. Now after three days of use, I have to admit that the flat screen is much better, at least in terms of working with the S Pen. and we'll see in time. The processing of the phone is top-notch - there is simply nothing to complain about here. The titanium frame looks really cool, until I was sorry to put the phone in the case. The display is great, and you'll be pleased with the new Gorilla Glass Armor, which reduces glare on the display so it looks duller and will certainly be easier to read in direct sunlight. The cameras are again much better compared to the S22 Ultra, but that's to be expected. I'm still hoping that the manufacturer will work on the Galaxy AI features and add Czech language support - supposedly this summer. The rest of the phone is then with only minimal changes against the S22 Ultra. I'm glad the manufacturer decided to deploy the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset globally.After the absolutely tragic Exynos 990 in the S20+ and the just tragic Exynos 2200 in the S22U, I hope, if nothing else, for at least better battery life than it was in the case of my previous phone.
