First impressions are a big disappointment - for about half the price I expected only half the performance, not half the quality. The spout doesn't fit because the bottom plastic is bulging. The plastic of the upper grille looks normal on the photo, but in reality the shade of grey is very cheap (such a yellowish grey). There was a cover film over the display and panel, but there are still microscratches underneath. The top edge is scratched even though there is polystyrene in the box. Overall, it looks more like an out-of-stock piece, but I bought it as a new item. In the end, it turned out to be a completely defective piece that just whirred and glowed but didn't drain a drop all day, even in laundry drying mode.
