Quality sound and microphones, well-functioning ANC. Compared to the more expensive Nothing Ear, basically only wireless charging, LHDC codec, advanced equalizer and a higher waterproof rating of the case are missing. I will not use any of these features and on the contrary I prefer the Nothing Ear(a) case, which due to its smaller dimensions fits much better in a pocket. If you have similar preferences, then these headphones are the obvious choice. The very nice Nothing X allowing control settings is a nice bonus.
