A fantastic product that has surpassed anything I have experienced in VR to date. Unfortunately, we have had a bad experience with this headset. The battery went after half a year and when we put it in for a warranty claim, it came back to us saying there were signs of corrosion on the headset, voiding the warranty. When Alza promised us a photo of the repair to prove it, we got nothing. That was a few months ago and I assure you that the headset was treated decently and I found no obvious corrosion. Unfortunately for us, we bought the headset already unpacked, so what happened to it before we bought it I don't know. But there's no way to prove it anymore. The repair shop in Romania where Alza sent it reported that an out-of-warranty repair would be more expensive than a new headset. But fortunately for us, the golden Czech hands have again shown why they are superior to the world. We gave the headset to a service in Hradec Kralove and they managed to get a new battery from the USA and repair the piece for about a third of the price of a new headset. However, it seems to be a common fault, as this service has at least two other headsets with the same fault. To summarize: When the headset works, it works great. However, keep an eye on the battery. When it loses capacity, the headset cannot be turned on even on the cable. Like when you have a phone that needs at least 5% to turn on
