Big hole for USB-C. The cable doesn't hold at all in that line and falls out. The contact is deep, therefore some cables do not get charged at all.
Very poor construction
I return my son-in-law

High performance
It doesn't charge via USB-C (or only exceptionally). Tested with many cables. Complained and the new piece just a hair better.
